The site is 3 hectares covering 2 separate facilities for ladies and gentlemen, one 13000 sqr.m and the other 1000 sqr.m.
A smooth raging river, 60 water slides from 10 to 30 meters high, standard swimming pools, diving boards, sauna and Jacuzzi. There is also a shopping center. The total built area of the project is 65000 sqr.m.
Mojhaye Khorooshan Water Park is currently the largest indoors facility in the Middle East. It includes two separate facilities for ladies and gentlemen, shopping center, reception hall, fun fair, etc. in a total built area of 65000 sqr.m on a land with an area of 3 hectares on Mashhad-Shandiz Road.
At present the two separate water parks and the shopping center are operational.
