The largest indoors water facility of the world with an area of 20000 sqr.m devoted to a water park, 2 hydrotherapy centers (one common, one independent) and a VIP section.
The largest indoors water facility of the world with an area of about 73000 sqr.m is being designed and executed in Shahre Royayi Padideh Shandiz. The facility includes two hydrotherapy centers (fully-equipped), VIP section, and water park with an area of 20000 sqr.m. The shape of the facility was inspired by marine creatures, particularly shark body.
The VIP of Padideh facility has a separate entrance and unique design features. This section alone includes a full set of sauna and Jacuzzi systems. User of this section will have access to the water park and hydrotherapy centers too.
The building is made on a combination of concrete and steel structures. The spaces are covered with a combination of sandwich panels insulating the whole facility and composite panels bringing beauty into the system.
The main facade of the facility is a harmonious combination of sandblast glass, making the dream town shine.
We claim that this not only is the largest facility of its kind in the world, but the most special as well. Plenty of unique and exceptional ideas have been used in its design to make such a claim come true. Master blasters have replaced all sorts of vertical linkages (lifts, stairs…). There is a fluid and endless flow at various height levels, and loads travel from slide to slide and into lakes and towers in an unrepeated manner.
The two exceptional hydrotherapy centers include swimming pools, sauna, Jacuzzi, various aspa spaces, hydrotherapy pools, salt pool, salt cave, sunbath….
It must be added that each of these centers are the best in the Middle East in terms of area, services and technologies used.
